If you’re someone who prefers to read a self-help book than to have a personal coach or perhaps the time isn’t right for you to have a coach at the moment, but you want to work on some areas of your life, this is a book I would highly recommend. Not just because it’s written by a friend of mine, but because it must be one of the first self-help books written for Muslim women by a Muslim woman.
Heba has brought together in one book many of the tools and exercises that I use in my coaching – not surprising as we had the same teacher! – but she does so in her own inimitable style. Giving examples of sisters she has known, she takes you through the coaching journey of establishing your point A, working out what your point B is and then some wonderful and inspiring exercises to get you there. You have to wait until nearly the end of the book to hear the phrase that sticks in my mind most from Heba, but by the time you come to it, you too will want to “Just do it!”
So if you’re ready to be motivated by Heba, you can get a copy of Release Your Inner Queen of Sheba!
from here. Let me know what you thought of it!
