CoachAmal believes strongly in protecting clients’ and visitors’ personal privacy, which is why we signed the Personal Information Promise when we registered with the UK's Data Protection Act 1998 (registration no: Z218079X). Any information gained about clients and visitors through this website or coaching will therefore be treated as confidential, and will be managed in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Information will only be collected to provide clients and visitors with the best possible service and will be held securely and in accordance with the law. Any information given voluntarily or involuntarily by our visitors is only used for the express purpose for which that information was intended and it is never shared with third parties.
Personal data disclosure
We do not and will never share any identifying information about individual visitors with any third party, without their consent, except when we are required to do so to comply with any applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our visitors or the public. Visitors do need to be aware that email and other Internet communications are not totally secure and may be vulnerable to miss-delivery, loss, delay, and surveillance.

The CoachAmal website does not enable our visitors to communicate with other visitors or to post information to be accessed by others other than through comments on the Blog, which are moderated.
You can access the CoachAmal home page and browse our website without disclosing your personal data. However, because we do gather certain types of information about our visitors, they should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information.

visitors to respond to their queries.
2. Mailing List requests
Visitors voluntary give CoachAmal their name and email address when they ask to join our mailing list, and this information is verified through a double opt-in process to ensure
that they are the actual person who has requested the information.
3. Consultation requests
Visitors who wish to have a coaching consultation with CoachAmal are asked to give some personal Information through the Free Consultation Request form and also through TimeTrade, our online appointment booking system . This information is used to enable us to contact the requester and to facilitate the consultation. All information given is protected by the Data Protection Act and will not be shared with anyone.
4. Mailing list
Anyone contacting CoachAmal through the website, other than to ask to join the mailing list may be contacted at a later date to ask if they would like to opt-in to the CoachAmal mailing list. Anyone choosing to do so will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from the mailing list each time they receive a message.
5. Statistical information about traffic to our site
We use Google Analytics to track visitor traffic patterns onto and throughout
our site to develop usage statistics. We use the information to determine
where our visitors come from and which areas of our site they frequent and is gathered to help us improve the site.
We do not automatically log personal data nor do we link information automatically logged by Google Analytics with personal data about specific individuals. We do not use cookies to store personal data.
If we ever wish to use visitors’ or clients’ personal data for a purpose other than that stated above, we offer them the opportunity to consent to this new purpose.
We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organisations.

The CoachAmal website provides access to information,
products or services offered on websites that are owned or operated
by other companies ("third party websites"). We provide this
access through the use of hyperlinks that automatically direct visitors
from the CoachAmal website to the third party site.
CoachAmal offers these links on an "as is" basis. When a third
party website is visited through a link on the CoachAmal website, visitors

CoachAmal operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our visitors.
