Individual Life and Transition Coaching

This is ideal for women who prefer to have a personal life coach and a confidential service that just addresses their own specific needs.

  • Same gender coaching with an experienced Muslim life and transition coach

  • One-to-one coaching services offered by phone[i] or online by Skype[ii]

  • Sessions typically 30 - 45 minutes 

  • First exploratory session offered at a discounted rate (refunded on registering for further coaching)

Registering for an Exploratory Coaching Session 

  1. You can choose whether to pay for the session through Paypal or Moneybookers. (A choice of two options is offered as some countries can't access Paypal and others can't access Moneybookers, check here: to see which countries are served by Paypal and here: for Moneybookers. Both of the services have good reputations and make international tranfer of funds very easy and free, in most cases. If you're not already registered with either of these services, you will be able to do that very simply from their websites.)

  2. Once you click to request an exploratory coaching session, you'll either be taken to a secure Paypal or Moneybookers page - dependent on which you choose - where you'll be able to pay the fee for your session.

  3. When you've completed your transaction, you'll be sent an email from Paypal or Moneybookers confirming the payment.

  4. You'll be automatically redirected back to this website, where you'll be asked to answer a few thought-provoking questions to assist in the preparation for your coaching session.

  5. Once you've sent your answers to me, you'll receive an email which will include a link to my online booking system, so you can choose the time for your appointment straight away.

  6. I'll then contact you either on Skype or by phone at the time you have chosen for your first coaching session with CoachAmal.

Group coaching

This service is designed for women who prefer to benefit from sharing the coaching experience with others or for those on a more limited budget.

  • Group coaching is offered face-to-face for groups of at least six women

  • Fees are charged on a group basis and vary dependant on location, as travel and accommodation expenses are also taken into consideration

[i] The cost of the phone/Skype call is included in the fees

[ii]Skype is the preferred method of contact for sessions with clients outside the UK, who have access to the service and a microphone or headset. If you don't already have Skype, you can find out more about it here.
