Essential Programme £35.00
This coaching programme is great for those who have a single issue they want to work on that can be resolved in a short time, for those who would like a taster session before committing to a programme of coaching, for those on limited budgets who prefer to pay in advance for each session and for top-up or follow-up sessions from a longer programme of coaching.
Standard Programme £97.00
This programme is ideal for those who have deeper issues that will need a longer period of coaching. I recommend my Standard Programme to most clients, as studies have shown that for the majority of coaching clients, fundamental changes start to happen around the fourth session of coaching and that having six sessions and additional follow-up sessions makes the changes more sustainable. The Standard Programme will give us the opportunity to explore and work through your challenges without pressure of time during the session.
A 10% discount is offered on the Standard Programme fees 3 months in advance, i.e. £261.00

In addition to my usual Standard Programme, the Enhanced Programme offers you the chance to have your own personalised i3 profile at a discounted rate. i3 is a powerful online profiling tool that will identify your unique personal strengths and inclinations, and can act as a solid basis for future developments.

- I reserve two concessionary rate places on the Standard Programme for people on low incomes or in full-time education, which are subject to availability, reserved for genuine situations of need and can be discussed during the Coaching Consultation.
