i3 profiling an incredibly powerful profiling tool used to identify unique personal strengths and inclinations - which it calls 'individual instinctive indicators', hence i3! While originally developed to be used for relationship coaching, it is now used successfully with individuals, as a stand-alone assessment, as part of a coaching programme and also in team coaching. It acts as a solid foundation for building deeper understanding of participants own and others' indicators and as a starting point for further development.
Following completion of a user-friendly online questionnaire, this internationally validated psychometric assessment generates an Individual or Team Profile. This will be interpreted by me, a qualified accredited i3 Member, and the results will be explained to you and discussed during a verbal feedback session. During the feedback session, you'll be given personalised feedback on your unique strengths and how you can use them to build better relationships and be more effective in your life and/or career. In addition you'll be made aware of cautions that could hinder you in your relationships or your career development.
Unlike many other psychometric tests, i3 profiling is designed as a tool that is used as part of a dynamic process. It is used to encourage you to build on your strengths and seek opportunities that suit your personality and inclinations or to give indications on how you could modify your current situation to create an optimum environment for your comfort or growth.

There are three ways:
You can request a Stand-Alone Personal Profile. If you choose this, you'll be given access to the online questionnaire (which will take about 15-20 minutes to complete). Once you've answered all the questions, I'll interpret your results and arrange a phone or Skype appointment to discuss them. The feedback session typically takes around 75 minutes.
