These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the CoachAmal website, and govern your use of this website, superseding any prior agreements between you and CoachAmal. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and that the other provisions of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of CoachAmal to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. When you leave this website to go to another website, you should be aware that these terms and conditions no longer apply to you, and you should review the terms and policies of the subsequent website.

When requesting an eBooklet through the CoachAmal website, the request should be completed by the submission of the visitor's name and email. This should be done providing true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the request form. If a visitor would like to have coaching with CoachAmal, the request should be made by choosing the appropriate button for the  preferred method of payment. The information given on the Exploratory Session Request form must be true, accurate, current, and complete information.

If any information provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to so believe, we have the right to refuse to provide you with services or products. If we have reason to believe that you have registered someone other than yourself, we will cooperate with any law enforcement investigation that may result from such misrepresentations and shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to disclose any information you provide to us in connection with such a registration.

Fees

We reserve the right at any time to charge fees for access to website content or services or to portions of the existing website content or services or the website as a whole. In no event will you be charged for access to any website content or service, or to the website as a whole, unless we obtain your prior agreement to pay such charges. If you do not consent to such charges, however, you may not have access to paid content or service.

Returns and refunds

Initially, all the sales of physical products via the CoachAmal website will be affiliate products that visitors may purchase directly from the sellers. The sales are therefore governed by the sales and returns policies of the sellers.

Fees paid for coaching are a part of a client’s commitment to their goals and coaching. Full refunds will be given on request by email or phone up to seven working days after registering through the website for coaching, unless a client has begun to avail themselves of the coaching service during this time. After the seven days, if no other solution can be found and if no coaching sessions have been held in that month, a refund will be given on request within 30 days. A full refund will be only be given for unused pre-paid months of coaching services, unless a discount had been offered for an advance payment; in that case, the client will be charged at the normal rate for the months in which they have had coaching sessions, rather than the discounted rate, and a refund be given of the balance.

The foregoing limitations on liability shall be applicable even if CoachAmal or an applicable third party knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Allocation of risk

You agree that the disclaimer of warranties, limitations on liability and indemnification provisions set forth in this agreement represent and agreed upon allocation of risk between you and CoachAmal and form an essential part of the basis of their bargain, without which CoachAmal would not enter into this agreement or provide the site.

You agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action that you may have arising out of or related to use of the website or this agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. The section titles in this agreement are solely used for convenience and have no legal or contractual significance. 
 

In the unlikely event of a dispute, the laws of England will govern this agreement.
